BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton woman given a second chance by a Palm Beach County Judge apparently made very poor choices and is now back in the Palm Beach County Jail.

Alexis Bialer of the 8300 block of NW 8th Terrace was charged with DUI back in June of 2022. She entered a guilty plea, according to court records, and was sentenced to probation. The 24-year-old was told to report to probation, pay a fee, enroll in community service, and go to DUI school. She was told to complete everything within a year.

Bialer, allegedly did none of this. According to a violation document obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Alexis Bialer is accused of the following probation violations:

Condition 2: The probationer failed to report to probation as directed on 07/19/2022, and thereafter (Defendant has absconded from probation).
Condition 8: The probationer has failed to pay Probation Supervision Fees and currently owes $150.00 to the probation department.
Condition 10: The probationer has failed to enroll in community service by 07/09/22 and failed to complete 20 community service hours to date.
Condition 15: The probationer has failed to enroll in the State Approved DUI School by 07/09/22.

Alexis Bialer was arrested by the Boca Raton Police Department on June 12th and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail. She is being held without bond. A judge determined she is not indigent and apparently denied a request for a public defender.
