According to the suit, the man died as a result of negligence and poor medical care that led to infection and skin breakdown.
The complaint, obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, states that Bruce Ryff was admitted to Boca Raton Regional Hospital on or about January 24, 2022 for “medical management and care relating to multiple ongoing medical conditions.” At the time of his admission, “Bruce Ryff was at risk for developing skin breakdown and was dependent on hospital staff for turning, epositioning, and offloading pressure.”
