Anyone in need of emergency assistance in the City of Boca Raton should call 561-368-6201. Again, the City of Boca Raton’s 911 system is DOWN as of 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19th. Anyone in need of police, fire, or medical service should call 561-368-6201.
We note that the City of Boca Raton uses its own dispatch service, and it is unrelated to Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. It is unclear if 911 calls can be — or are being — routed to other dispatch centers in South Florida.
