The owners allegedly owe nearly $19,000 in fees that have largely not been paid since October of 2021.

According to a complaint just filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court and reviewed by BOCANEWSNOW.com, David and Renee Magi own a unit in the building at 4201 North Ocean Boulevard. Since October 31, 2021, condo association and related payments have been largely non-existent, with the exception of small checks written by the Magi’s in January of 2022 and March of 2022.
