BocaNewsNow.com has learned that Stephen Zoya who lives in Burgundy N at Kings Point was jailed overnight by the Palm Springs police department. While the affidavit of probable cause continues to be processed Friday morning, the Palm Beach County Jail reports that he was arrested Thursday evening and logged into jail at 11:32 p.m. Zoya was released on his own recognizance several hours later.
Kings Point continues to have more residents arrested than any other South Palm Beach County senior living community, according to unofficial records kept by BocaNewsNow.com. Zoya is at least the 15th Kings Point resident arrested during the 2023 calendar year, and the 37th since January of 2022.
Among the crimes allegedly committed by Kings Point residents: drug dealing, drunk driving, sex offenses, battery, a man who allegedly shot at someone for walking their dog on a golf course, a woman who resisted arrest, and more. Read our Kings Point Delray Beach coverage here.
