DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Kings Point Delray Beach continues to be a hotbed of arrest activity. The 19th arrest of a Kings Point resident in 2023 is convicted drug dealer Daniel Noto. Noto was taken into custody late Monday morning. He remains in the Palm Beach County Jail early Tuesday morning.

It’s a homecoming for Noto who spent a year in jail back in 2019 when he was convicted of selling heroin and cocaine. The latest charge: “aggravated assault with a weapon without the intent to kill.” It was not immediately clear what Noto is specifically accused of doing or to whom. The arrest report continued to be processed just before 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Noto is just the latest Kings Point Delray Beach resident to spend time in the Palm Beach County Jail. There have been 19 arrests of Kings Point residents during the 2023 calendar year. Whether the senior living community bests its 2022 record remains to be seen. At least 22 Kings Point Delray Beach residents were arrested in 2022. BocaNewsNow.com’s unofficial records suggest that Kings Point Delray Beach sends more residents to jail than any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County. Noto, 69, lives in the Burgandy section of Kings Point.

Drug dealing, drunk driving, sex offenses, battery, a man who allegedly shot at someone for walking their dog on a golf course, a woman who resisted arrest, and more are all on the list of crimes that led to Kings Point resident arrests. Read our Kings Point Delray Beach coverage here.
