DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ordered the cafe at Valencia Falls in Delray Beach closed on October 19th after multiple violations were logged by a health inspector. Per BocaNewsNow.com policy, the following is the unedited list of violations as recorded by the State of Florida:
High Priority – Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 1 live roach on top of ware washing machine directly next to cook line in kitchen Observed 1 live roach on top of bucket of dishwashing liquid in ware washing area directly next to cook line in kitchen Observed 1 live roach on ground in front of cook line in kitchen Observed 3 live roaches inside of control device located on ground under prep table holding steam table and clean wares in kitchen Observed 1 live roach on ground next to fryers on cook line in kitchen Observed 2 live roaches inside of control device on ground of far right cook line in kitchen Observed approximately 10 live roaches inside of 2 control devices located under triple sink next to cook line in kitchen Observed approximately 7 live roaches on ground under reach in coolers located in storage area behind cook line in kitchen **Warning**

Valencia Falls Cafe was reinspected on October 20th and permitted to reopen. No violations were logged.
