Broward Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit detectives arrested a man, identified as Antonio Doll, for committing a sexual battery on a woman in Parkland according to investigators.

The victim told BSO SVU detectives that around 4:15 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 23 she arrived home from work. While walking into the family room she was hit and thrown on the floor by an unknown male.

The preliminary investigation revealed the subject, using a sharp object, forced the victim to a bedroom where he sexually battered her. Moments later, the subject ransacked her bedroom, took some of her personal items and fled the area.

Through extensive detective work and following various investigative leads, detectives identified the subject as Antonio Doll. On Friday, October 27, Doll was located in Miami and taken into custody. Doll was transported to BSO Main Jail. He now faces various charges including sexual battery coercion by threat of force, kidnapping and false imprisonment, sexual assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and armed burglary.

The investigation and subsequent arrest are the result of a combined effort between BSO SVU unit, Crime Scene Unit, BSO Parkland District, the Violence Intervention Proactive Enforcement Response (VIPER) team, the Burglary Apprehension Team (BAT) and BSO Robbery Unit detectives.
