BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton man is facing a DUI charge following a traffic stop on Dixie Highway Saturday night.
Scott Eisenberg of Lake Serena Drive in West Boca Raton was driving a 2018 blue Mazada four door vehicle when he was stopped by Boca Raton Police around 10:20 p.m. While it was not immediately clear why he was stopped, police ultimately arrested him for driving under the influence. A citation obtained by BocaNewsNow.com alleges that Eisenberg provided breath samples of .116 and .107. The legal limit in Florida is .08.
Eisenberg was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 3:43 a.m. Sunday morning and released just before 10 a.m. on his own recognizance. A court date is pending.
Scott Eisenberg faced a charge of operating a vehicle while his drivers license was suspended, cancelled or revoked in May, but that charge was ultimately no prosecuted, according to the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
