BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boynton Beach dentist and her office manager — who both run dental practices across the State of Florida — are being held in the Palm Beach County Jail on multiple counts of racketeering and other charges.

According to the multipage criminal indictment, which you can read in its entirety below, Shimon Leizgold and Dr. Marianna Zadov were both taken into custody on Thursday by the Boca Raton police department. They both list the 10100 block of Isle Wynd Court in Boynton Beach as their home address. Boca Raton Police worked with State of Florida investigators.

Shimon Leizgold is charged with the following crimes: “Fraud — added pay from third party more than $10,000 but less than $50,000,” “public order crimes — participate in enterprise through racketeering,” “larceny — grand theft of $20,000 or more but less than $100,000,” and “fraud — (make) false statement — false Medicaid claim of $10,000 or less.”

Mariana Zadov, the dentist, is charged with “Larceny — grand theft of $20,000 or more but less than $100,000,” “public order crimes — participate in enterprise through racketeering,” “fraud — added pay from third party of more than $10,000 but less than $50,000,” and “fraud — false statement — false Medicaid claim of $10,000 or less.”

Both Shimon Leizgold and Marianna Zadov are being held on $1,040,000.00 bond. A court date is pending for both. The case is being prosecuted by the Medicaid Fraud Control unit of the Office of the Florida Attorney General. Read the entire complaint here.
