DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2023 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A large sailboat that came ashore several days ago remains beached on Delray Beach, and there is no sign that anyone is doing anything about it.
The Delray Beach Police Deparetment confirmed what is obvious — there is a large sailboat on the beach. But there’s no statement about efforts to remove the boat or to find the owner. In fact, several days ago, Delray Beach Police Spokesperson Ted White issued this quite brief statement to BocaNewsNow.com.

“I know the boat was abandoned by some people during the rough weather we had. If I get any other info, I will let you know.”
That was December 19th. There’s been no update. Readers, however, familiar with the situation say that appeared there was a month’s worth clothing and supplies on the boat at the time it was abandoned. Why no one has made an effort to reclaim or remove the boat remains unclear.

I saw the boat my guess is the owner drowned. Meanwhile some of it’s parts have been stolen
