Dakota Resident Jailed On Multiple Charges After Boca Raton Incident

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A resident of Dakota — the upscale community at U.S. 441 and Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, is facing multiple charges after an alleged incident in Boca Raton.

Anthony Sacco of the 9900 block of Steamboat Springs Circle is accused of leaving the scene of an accident in the early morning hours of Saturday. The crash, according to a citation reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, occurred in the 4000 block of North Military Trail. Sacco is also accused of resisting an officer without violence.

Sacco was taken into custody by Boca Raton Police and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 4 a.m. Saturday. He was released on $1250 bond around 2:45 that afternoon.

Sacco is set to be arraigned on January 12th. He has no history of criminal cases in Palm Beach County, according to the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
