The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office released details of its weekend DUI Saturation Patrol.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office just released arrest and citation details for its latest DUI Saturation Patrol. The operation started Friday evening at 6 p.m. and concluded at 2 a.m. Saturday. The focus area: Lake Worth Beach.

In just eight hours, PBSO made two DUI arrests, six misdemeanor arrests, and issued 24 criminal citations.

PBSO also issued 95 traffic citations and wrote 101 traffic warnings.

High-visibility enforcement operations are conducted countywide at various times of the of the year, focusing on different municipalities and regions of unincorporated Palm Beach County. The stated goal: “removing impaired drivers from our roadways.”
