DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — An upscale Delray Beach movie theater was just warned by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for multiple health code violations.
iPic Theaters at 50 SE 5th Avenue in Delray Beach received a total of ten violations during the inspection on February 2nd. While the theater was not ordered to stop service of its restaurant or direct-to-seat service, the theater will face an unannounced follow-up inspection.

IPic Theater in Delray Beach was not ordered to cease operations. The theater faces an unannounced follow-up. Records show that IPIC also faced several violations during an inspection on July 20th.
