It’s A Mess Just South Of The Boca Raton-Deerfield Beach Line.

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — An overturned truck just south of the Boca Raton-Deerfield Beach line is causing problems in the area mid-day Monday. Among the issues: a load of debris that’s now debris again, just sitting in a parking lot and it seems on Dixie Highway itself.
It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured. Photos from the scene show the truck on its side and its load in a place where it’s not supposed to be.
The official location is Hillsboro and Dixie Highway. The Broward Sheriff’s Office is on the scene, as is a sizable presence of Broward Fire Rescue professionals.
Motorists are being encouraged to avoid the area — likely for the next few hours. We’ll update once we receive official information from the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
