  1. What is going on with the palmetto Park Rd bridge over the El Rio canal? It’s been 2 years for a span shorter than a couple of driveways. The only project more delayed is the private project to build the Mandarin on federal. How long is it safe to leave that crane with its multiple ton weights dangling over us 1?
