NOTE THAT THE CITY OF BOCA RATON 911 REMAINS OPERATIONAL. SOME 911 CALLERS NORMALLY SERVIED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY ARE BEING ROUTED TO CITY OF BOCA RATON POLICE DISPATCH WHICH IS FORWARDING INFORMATION TO PBSO. BEST BET: TRY 911 FIRST. IF NO ANSWER, CALL THE NUMBERS BELOW.

Effective immediately, the Palm Beach County 911 emergency call system is currently down due to technical issues.  We are working diligently to resolve the problem as quick as possible.  In the meantime, anyone in need of immediate assistance from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is strongly urged to use the following alternative numbers:
