Candice Luca, who locally lists 17082-3 Boca Club Blvd. as her property, has allegedly defaulted on $10,036.40. The Greens At Boca Golf and Tennis wants its money or the home.
According to the complaint just filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court and reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Luca has been in various stages of default since early 2022. She’s made a payment here and there, but continues to owe a not insignificant amount of cash. Her monthly assessments run between $485 and $560. There’s a special assessment added in, as well as interest.
Luca’s property in Boca Golf and Tennis is valued at $489,000, according to the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser. She also owns a home in Merrick, NY which Nassau County tells BocaNewsNow.com is valued at $1.2M.
Boca Golf and Tennis is represented by Daniel Wasserstein of Wasserstein, P.A. There was no response filed as of Saturday morning by Ms. Luca.
