BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — If Andrew Kennedy of Baytree Circle in Boynton Beach is your coke dealer, it seems like it might be time to find a new supplier. At least that’s the apparent suggestion of the Boca Raton Police Department which locked up Kennedy on Saturday. He remains in jail Monday morning.

While the arrest report continues to be processed, the Palm Beach County Jail tells BocaNewsNow.com that Kennedy is charged with “cocaine trafficking — between 28 grams and 150 kg,” “drug possession — possess controlled substance without prescription,” and “drug equipment possession (and or) use.”

Bond is set at $25,000 trafficking charge, $5,000 on the drug or controlled substance possession charge, and $1,000 on the drug equipment possession charge.

It was not immediately clear where Kennedy was arrested or what led police to believe that the charges filed are appropriate. We will update once we receive the arrest report from the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
