DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A popular urgent care center is facing eviction for non-payment of rent, according to a complaint just filed with the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts. Dr. G’s Urgent Care, at 1300 NW 17th Avenue in Delray Beach, allegedly owes thousands of dollars. The clinic was told to leave the premises or pay up on April 11th. Neither has occurred. It appears this is used as office space for Dr. G’s. The address differs from the actual Urgent Care center at 1425 South Congress.

“Defendant (Dr. G’s) has possession of the property under a written agreement to pay rent at $4,665.55 per month,” states the complaint obtained by BocaNewsNow.com. “Plaintiff served Defendant with a written notice on April 11, 2024, to pay the outstanding rent of $9383.09 or deliver possession, but Defendant refuses to do either. Plaintiff has not received payment since notice was delivered to Defendant.”

Dr. G’s is the operating name for Dr. Mylissa Graber who has clinics in multiple locations in Palm Beach County and Broward County.

The suit was filed in Palm Beach County Civil Court. Delray Professional Center, the center where the Dr. G’s Office is located, retained the law firm of Kelley and Grant in Boca Raton.
