BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A mass shooting in Boynton Beach Sunday night left three people and a dog injured. The Boynton Beach Police Department transmitted this advisory to BocaNewsNow.com on Monday:

“The Boynton Beach Police Department is actively investigating a shooting incident that occurred last night, resulting in multiple victims. The incident took place on May 12th at approximately 4:50 PM in the 400 block of NW 13th Avenue. At the scene, officers discovered three victims: a 15-year-old male juvenile with non-life-threatening injuries, an 18-year-old adult male who sustained a minor graze injury and refused medical care, and a 20-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds who is in critical condition. Additionally, a puppy at the residence was shot in the leg.

Updates on the dog’s condition are pending from animal control. The Boynton Beach Police Department has identified a newer model black Genesis sedan (either G70 or G80) as a possible suspect vehicle. We urge anyone with information regarding this vehicle or the incident to contact Detective Gleicher at 561-732-8116.
