BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Another registered “predator” is calling Boca Raton “home,” and we have his address. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office sharing the information with BocaNewsNow.com and asking us to share it with the public.
Frank Joseph Brown is a registered sexual predator as of July 3, 2024. He is identified as a black male with black hair, brown eyes, is 5’8” and weighs 190 pounds. He was born May 21, 1975. His photo, above, is currently as of late June.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement, through the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, says Brown just registered 11896 Anchorage Way in Boca Raton as his home address. He was convicted in 2012 of one count sexual battery by an adult on a victim under the age of twelve, and a second offense of possessing a photo or picture showing a sexual performance by a child.
Brown has the following tattoos: a cross on his right arm, the word “Nilda” on his neck, the word “Frank” on his left arm, the word “Minyon” on his right chest,” the letters “SDNIT SYNB” on his left arm. No vehicle are registered to Brown as of early July, according to FDLE.
