BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A resident of the community of Boca Chase is facing serious charges following her arrest by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Kushal Marthak was taken into custody on Friday.
While the arrest continues to be processed Sunday, the Palm Beach County Jail tells BocaNewsNow.com that Marthak was jailed on the following charges: child neglect without great bodily harm, contributing to the delinquency of a minor — causing a child to commit acts of delinquency, and petit theft. It was not immediately clear where she was arrested or what led to police file the charges.
Marthak, whose address is on Clear Brook Circle in Boca Raton, was taken into custody in the early hours of July 12th. She was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and later released on bond. A court date is pending.
