BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Chick-Fil-A rarely has a problem during health inspections, but the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation reports that the Chick-Fil-A location in West Boca Raton incurred an “administrative complaint” during an inspection on Tuesday.
The location, at 9536 Glades Road, was not ordered to close. Operations continue. Per BocaNewsNow.com policy, the following is the official record as recorded by the State of Florida. High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At the Milk shake machine, shake mix (48-43F – Cold Holding). The mix has been in the machine less than 2 hours. The agitator was manually started and the temperature was lowered to chill and cold hold. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**
An unannounced follow-up inspection is now required. This Chick-Fil-A location had no notable issues during inspections on December 19, 2023; July 17, 2023; November 16, 2022; October 17, 2022; and October 8, 2021.
