“On Friday, October 10, 2024, three suspects, Selvin Lopez Lopez, Erick Lopez Lopez and Jesersson Lopez Lopez all illegals from Honduras, were arrested for numerous counts of Lewd Lascivious Behavior (Capital Sexual Battery) on a minor under 12 years of age. It is believed this behavior took place between August 2024 to the present.

Through the investigation detectives learned that Selvin and Erick crossed the Mexican border illegally in 2021, both turned themselves into Border Patrol and were told to call for a court date in which they never did. In 2023, Jesersson, crossed the border and was given a court date for 2028.”

It was not immediately clear where the alleged crimes occurred. The arrest reports continue to be processed. All three men list 1717 12th Avenue South, Unit 71 in Lake Worth Beach, FL as their home address.
