BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton woman is now out of jail following her arrest by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday. Ashley Larocca of the 10300 block of Sandalfoot Boulevard was taken into custody around 9 a.m.
Although court records remain unavailable due to a serious technical issue affecting the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts, jail records obtained by BocaNewsNow.com indicate that Larocca is facing a charge of “aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.” It was not immediately clear whether the alleged victim is known to Ms. Larocca, whether the alleged victim sustained injury, or where the alleged crime took place.
Larocca spent nearly a day and a half in lockup before she was released pending trial. A jail check shows that this is Larocca’s second arrest in Palm Beach County. She was booked in 2016 for “failure to appear.” This post will be updated once more information is received from the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts. Larocca is 37 years old.
