Not Allowed To Drive. But Arrested For DUI While Driving Land Rover.

BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boynton Beach resident Adam Green is not supposed to be driving. His license, according to public records, was suspended back in 2019. But that allegedly didn’t stop him from taking his Land Rover for a spin on December 20th. Florida Highway Patrol says he was under the influence of something while he was behind the wheel.
Citations reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com show that Green, of Diane Drive in Boynton Beach, was taken into custody early Friday morning. He was charged with “DUI – Unlawful Blood Alcohol — DUI Breath Alcohol .08 or more per 210 L.” The actual alleged BAC was unclear as of early Monday. The arrest report continues to be processed. The citation issued by FHP states that Green has been convicted of DUI “four or more times.”

Green was previously arrested in February of 2019 and then again in December of 2019. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail each time. This time, Green was booked into jail around 6:47 on December 20th. He was released around 12:30 p.m. on $1,000 bond. Arraignment for Adam Green is set for January 21st.
