The front of V-1 then collided with the rear of V-3. This caused a chain reaction collision where V-3’s front pushed into V-4 and V-4 was pushed into P-1 and V-5.
P-1 succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene by Hollywood Fire Rescue personnel.”
