Joseph C. Giannetto is again in the Palm Beach County Jail.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A man who allegedly made a business out of scamming Century Village Boca Raton residents is now back in the Palm Beach County. And ironically lists Century Village Boca Raton as his new home address, according to records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com.

We’ve reported quite a bit on Joseph Giannetto. He is accused by multiple condo owners in Century Village of entering into agreements to perform work as a contractor. Among the jobs: renovating a kitchen and installing storm windows. But time after time, Giannetto is accused of taking the money but never performing — or finishing — the job.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, which has been investigating Giannetto for a few years, arrested him again on Monday. He is charged this time with larceny — “grand theft of $750 (or more) but less than $5,000.” He is being held on $5,000 bond in the Palm Beach County Jail.

By our count, Giannetto is facing at least separate eight felony cases logged in the Palm Beach County court system. We note that he had previously lived in Lake Worth Beach, but is now reporting an address in the Wolverton B section of Century Village Boca Raton as his current home address. At least when he’s not in jail.
