DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Amidst several complaints about noise and potentially un-permitted work in West Delray Beach, we are looking into a company called Prestige Design Homes. Here is their website. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unreturned, so we’re now turning to our readers for information. If you know anything about the company, please use our news tip menu item, above — or call or text 561-576-NEWS.

Public records suggest that the company may have been working on a property in West Delray Beach without proper permits. Work suddenly stopped after it was documented on video and Palm Beach County officials took note. Work restarted on the same property in Stone Creek Ranch days later, but a new address has been assigned. The work is shaking homes along the Lyons Road corridor and may be above permitted decibel levels.

Prestige Homes tends to deal with homes that are 10,000 square feet or more. They build homes for people who seem to be hidden by multiple LLC’s. An attorney listed as the agent with the State of Florida for Prestige Design Homes did not return an inquiry about the company’s operations.

If you know anything about Prestige Design Homes, its principals Aldo Stark, Julien Waterloo, Fiorenna Fuentes, or Jade Weiss, drop us a note. We’re interested in good and bad. We’re trying to get the full story.

  1. Looking at their website portfolio, I don’t know who would buy those modernist monstrosities. I’d even rather have a canned sardine zero-lot line home from GL homes because at least the roof is sloped for the rain.
