The conviction ocurred in Miami-Dade County. The Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts reports that Fudge was sentenced to five years in prison and ten years of probation. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office releases predator and offender information in compliance with Florida statute. Records provided by PBSO and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement also show that Mr. Fudge is known by multiple names, including: “Sam Fudge, Sam Fudge Jr., Sammie Lee Fudge, Sammie Fudge, Sam Lee Fudge, Sammie Fudge Jr., and Sam J.
