An outage tracking map shows significant areas with problems including: the Lyons Road corridor between Atlantic and Yamato Road, the area of Whisper Walk between 441 and Jog Road, the greater Kings Point area on Atlantic Avenue from Jog to Military.
We are also aware of outages in parts of Mission Bay, the Hamptons, Palmetto Park Road near 441, the Boca Del Mar area near Powerline and Camino Real, and several other areas.
Xfinity is aware of the outages but never hesitate to call to make sure they’re aware of yours. The company would like you to use the Xfinity App on your phone to report outages, or on any device that’s connected to the internet, log on to Xfinity.com/xfinityassistant. Yes, we realize the absurdity of Xfinity telling you to use the internet if your internet is down, but that’s how the company operates.
