Palm Beach County Lawsuit Pits Man In His 70s Against Woman In Her 60s. Kathy Feinerman Allegedly Claims Robert Wood Was Unfaithful With Ellen, Ardith, Sarah, Ellie, and Jennifer.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A 70-year-old man named Wood isn’t flacidly accepting claims from a South Palm Beach County woman in her 60s who says he was sleeping around while the two were involved. The woman allegedly sent that information as an email or posted it online. That’s leading Robert J. Wood, Sr., to sue Kathy R. Feinerman. Records suggest Ms. Feinerman lives in Boca Raton. Robert Wood lives in Naples. The suit was just filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. The complaint complaint is published below.
According to the suit obtained by BocaNewsNow.com: “Plaintiff and Defendant were in a long-term relationship. Plaintiff was faithful to Defendant. Defendant falsely accused Wood of infidelity in the relationship with multiple women, including Ellen W, Ardith S, Sarah B, Ellie, Jennifer A, among multiple others. Defendant published these false accusations to multiple parties including triends of both the Plaintiff and Defendant and work associates and caused the reputation of the Plaintiff to be tarnished.”
We note this section of the lawsuit, too: “These false accusations were published to Defendant’s friend Jayne, and Jayne further repeated the false accusations and affirmatively contacted Ellen and informed her of the false accusation of infidelity.”
BocaNewsNow.com has no idea what Jayne did or didn’t do, who Robert may or may not have been spending time with, why Kathy allegedly told people that Robert wasn’t faithful, or what reaction was in Kathy and Robert’s circle of friends. We do know, however, that if you’re trying to get a court date in Palm Beach County and can’t for months, it’s suits like this that could be the issue.
Robert Wood is seeking a significant payout. From the suit: “Plaintiff demands judgement in the amount of $5,000,000, incidental and consequential damages, and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper, court costs, and expenses.” Records suggest that defendant is in her 60s and the the plaintiff is in his 70s. The complete lawsuit is published below.

Nice play on words!
Another great headline, lol, but I’m not sure the evidence is going to stand up in court. Her lawyers will mount a good defense.
