DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — We may be getting to the point where it’s news that a Kings Point Delray Beach resident isn’t arrested, but for now, we’ll stay the course and continue to tell you when residents of this senior living community end up in jail. And it’s all the time. Today marks the sixth Kings Point Delray Beach resident arrest in 2025, the 36th since 2024, and the 56th since 2023.

The latest: Carol Santaniello of Flanders D. The 73-year-old was taken into custody Sunday by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. She is charged with battery on a person 65-years-of-age or older. We don’t know who she is accused of battering, whether they are related, or what led to the alleged attack. The arrest report continues to be processed Monday afternoon. We do know that Ms. Santaniello was booked into jail around 9 a.m. on Sunday and released around 1 p.m. She was not required to post bond.

We do know that she has been ordered to stay away from the alleged victim and may not consume alcohol or illegal drugs. She is now subject to “random testing” according to a case file reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com. She is expected to be back in court on March 20th at 8:30 a.m. — the State of Florida must decide by then whether or not to pursue charges.
