PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A major T-Mobile theft ring hitting stores in Palm Beach County took a major hit as detectives from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office spent months tracking leads. Three men are now busted. PBSO issued the following statement on Wednesday, as statewide prosecutors said they also are moving in on the ring:
>>The theft ring focused on packages designated for T-Mobile retail locations where the company reported substantial losses beginning in July 2024. After an internal investigation, T-Mobile traced stolen goods to California. By October 8, 2024, the losses amounted to approximately $504,052.75.
PBSO’s involvement led to the documentation of 16 specific thefts of T-Mobile packages from a UPS hub at 2001 Avenue P, Riviera Beach. The investigation identified a fencing operation using a recording studio and cell phone repair shop, GoalMind Studios in Lantana, as a front for selling the stolen property.
On February 25, 2025, four arrest warrants and a search warrant for GoalMind’s location discovered that the main target was attempting to flee the country. This quick response led to the apprehension of suspects Giffton White, Sheldon Brown, and Christopher Palmer, who were arrested without incident. During the execution of the search warrant at GoalMind Studios, detectives recovered stolen property, further implicating the business owner, who remains at large.
The suspects have been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Racketeering, Grand Theft over $100,000, Organized Scheme to Defraud Over $50,000, Dealing in Stolen Property, and Unlawful Use of a Two-way Communication Device. The total documented loss to T-Mobile as of February 25, 2025, stands at $269,035.80.<<
