Delray Beach Senior Living Community Sends Another To Jail. 38th Since 2024. 8th This Year.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has now arrested the 58th Kings Point Delray Beach resident since the start of 2023. This time, it’s John Circharo. He’s accused of DUI and driving on a suspended license after allegedly crashing his car into a parked vehicle IN Kings Point.
According to the police report obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Circharo, 72, crashed his red Ford Pickup into a nearby car. It happened in the area of Brittany H, the section of Kings Point that Circharo calls home. Circharo then — according to police — had issues successfully completing a series of field sobriety tests. He was arrested and later refused to provide a breath sample.
Wrote police: “Upon my arrival, I observed the defendant’s red Ford Pickup stopped, facing west bound partially in a parking spot. The vehicle had heavy front-end damage to include damage to the front driver-side tire. Next to the Ford pickup was a yellow coupe that was covered in a car cover. The yellow coupe was turned approximately 45 degrees and was facing southwest…”

Circharo is charged with DUI and driving with a suspended license. He is the 58th Kings Point resident arrested since 2023, the 38th since the start of 2024, and the 8th this year. He joins other Kings Point Delray Beach senior living community residents charged with sexual assault, drug crimes, weapons crimes, domestic assault crimes, DUI, downloading illegal images of children, and more.
