Does Kings Point Need Its Own Jail? Court Branch?

Brandon Tutin, 58, is also the 39th arrest since the start of 2024 and 58th since the start of 2023.
While the arrest report continues to be processed early Friday, records provided by the Palm Beach County Jail to BocaNewsNow.com reveal that Tutin is charged with “battery.” He was arrested early Friday and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 1:51 a.m. He remained locked up as of 6:30 a.m. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest. It was not immediately clear who he is accused of battering, the extent of their injuries, or what led to the alleged crime.
Tutin lives in the Normandy section of Kings Point. He has had no notable previous interaction with the Palm Beach County court system.
