A new arrest was made Monday following the mass shooting at a Lake Worth bar following a holiday party in December. Three people were killed.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — An area teen is now facing multiple counts of first degree murder following a mass shooting at the Rock Irish Pub on Lake Avenue in the heart of the Lake Worth business district in December. Michael Vititoe, according to police, is being booked mid-day Monday after a grand jury returned a “true bill” on three charges of first degree murder.

Vititoe joins Morey Pinard III who is also charged with three counts of first degree murder, one count of attempted second degree murder, one count of shooting into a building, and one count of “felon in possession of a firearm.” Pinard is 23 years old. Vititoe is 19. The suspects are accused of killing Christopher Allen, Charles Gordon, and Steven Stratis shortly after a holiday party in the Lake Worth bar.

COUNT 1: MOREY SNELL PINARD III on or about December 10, 2024, in the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida, did unlawfully kill CHRISTOPHER EUGENE ALLEN, a human being, by shooting him, said act being imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual and during the commission or attempt to commit any offense listed in Florida Statute 775.087(2)(a) 1, MOREY SNELL PINARD III actually possessed a deadly weapon, a firearm or destructive device as those terms are defined in section 790.001, Florida Statutes, and further during the course of committing or attempting to commit any offense listed in Florida Statute 775.087(2)(a)1, MOREY SNELL PINARD III discharged a firearm or destructive device as defined in section 790.001, Florida Statutes, and, as the result of the discharge, death or great bodily harm was inflicted upon CHRISTOPHER EUGENE ALLEN, contrary to Florida Statutes 775.087(1), 775.087(2)(a)1, 775.087(2)(a)2, 775.087(2)(a)3, and 782.04(2). COUNT 3: MOREY SNELL PINARD III on or between December 10, 2024 and December 28, 2024, in the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida, did unlawfully kill REGINALD CHARLES GORDON JR., a human being, by shooting him, said act being imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual and during the commission or attempt to commit any offense listed in Florida Statute 775.087(2)(a)1, MOREY SNELL PINARD III actually possessed a deadly weapon, a firearm or destructive device as those terms are defined in section 790.001, Florida Statutes, and further during the course of committing or attempting to commit any offense listed in Florida Statute 775.087(2)(a)1, MOREY SNELL PINARD III discharged a firearm or destructive device as defined in section 790.001, Florida Statutes, and, as the result of the discharge, death or great bodily harm was inflicted upon REGINALD CHARLES GORDON JR., contrary to Florida Statutes 775.087(1), 775.087(2)(a)1, 775.087(2)(a)2, 775.087(2)(a)3, and 782.04(2). COUNT 4: MOREY SNELL PINARD III on or about December 10, 2024, in the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida, did attempt to commit SECOND DEGREE MURDER, an offense prohibited by law, and in such attempt did an act toward the commission of such offense by unlawfully attempting to kill DAQUAN SIGLER, a human being, by discharging a firearm at or toward DAQUAN SIGLER and/or shooting DAQUAN SIGLER with a firearm, and/or creating a well founded fear in DAQUAN SIGLER that said violence was imminent, said act being eminently dangerous to another, and evincing a depraved mind regardless of human life, although without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual, and/or actually and intentionally touched or struck DAQUAN SIGLER, and in doing so MOREY SNELL PINARD III did actually possess and discharge a firearm, a deadly weapon as those terms are defined in Section 790.001, Florida Statutes, and further, as a result of the discharge, great bodily harm was inflicted upon DAQUAN SIGLER, but MOREY SNELL PINARD III failed in the perpetration or was intercepted or prevented in the execution of said offense, contrary to Florida Statutes 777.04(1), 782.04(2) and 775.087(1) and (2). COUNT 5: MICHAEL BRANNON VITITOE on or about December 10, 2024, in the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida,
did unlawfully maintain or assist MOREY S. PINARD, IlI, or gave other aid knowing that MOREY S. PINARD, III had committed Second Degree Murder with a Firearm with intent that MOREY S. PINARD, III would avoid or escape detection, arrest, trial or punishment, contrary to Florida Statute 777.03(1)(c))2b. (2 DEG FEL)

COUNT 6: MICHAEL BRANNON VITITOE on or about December 10, 2024, in the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida, did actually and intentionally touch or strike ISAIAH CHAVARRIA against the will of ISAIAH CHAVARRIA {or, did intentionally cause bodily harm to ISAIAH CHAVARRIA, contrary to Florida Statute 784.03(1).
