Considered A Booze Fest And Nuisance, Private Event Routinely Leads To Arrests.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Sunday’s “Boca Bash,” the annual unofficial event on Lake Boca that’s considered to be a nuisance and a booze-fest, again landed several participants in jail. Here’s the first round of alleged criminals.
Agents from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and officers from the Boca Raton Police Department were both busy enforcing water safety laws and arresting offenders who allegedly had too much to drink — or used illegal drugs. Here’s the first round of arrestees processed as of 5 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025.

MARCOS MILAO-SILVA, DOB 5/27/1988, ADDRESS: Larimer Court, Tampa, FL; Charge: Boating Under the Influence Of Alcohol Or Drugs. ARRESTED BY: Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Bond: $1,000.

DELVIS MANSO, DOB 6/13/1981, ADDRESS: 38th Road North, Loxahatchee, FL; Charge: Boating Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. ARRESTED BY: Boca Raton Police Department. Bond: $1000.

CHRISTOPHER MILLER, DOB 7/25/1996, ADDRESS: NW 80th Terrace, Miami, FL; CHARGES: Boating Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs AND Refuse To Submit to BUI Test. ARRESTED BY: Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. BOND: $2,000. Remains in jail at 5:40 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2025.

VINCENT SESSA, III; DOB 6/13/2000; ADDRESS: Key Plum Street, Plantation, FL; CHARGE: Boating Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs; ARRESTED BY: Boca Raton Police Department; BOND: $1000.
