UPDATE at 3:35 p.m: Fire Rescue is now calling this an accident with injuries. Developing.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — I-95 Southbound is completely closed at Glades Road, according to the Florida Department of Transportation and images transmitted by FDOT cameras in the area. A large truck appears to be disabled. It was not immediately clear if the truck was involved in an accident.
FDOT is warning motorists to stay off of I-95 southbound. While it appears the express lanes are open as of 3:35 p.m., they could potentially be closed if emergency workers need extra space to clear the truck that is blocking multiple lanes.
The incident was first reported around 3:20 p.m. Traffic is now slowing well north of the scene. If you can get off of I-95 before Clint Moore, get off of I-95 before Clint Moore. It appears to be smooth-ish sailing once you are south of the scene at Palmetto Park Road.
Check back for updates. This is a developing traffic story.
