COPS: Tramadol. Codeine. Marijuana.
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A popular Only Fans Model who seems to focus on golf is now facing a criminal drug charge filed by the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department. Patrycia Kratiuk, known on “Only Fans” as PatryciaKayy, was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Friday. She was later released on $5,000 bond. BocaNewsNow.com obtained the arrest report which says the arrest started with a speeding violation. Patrycia Kratiuk was allegedly driving 64 mpg in a 45 mph zone at PGA Boulevard and Central Boulevard.
Wrote the arresting officer: “I then spoke with the driver of the vehicle, Ms. Patrycia Beata Kratiuk, who was the sole occupant of the (Audi). When Ms. Kratiuk rolled down her window, a strong odor of marijuana and smoke emitted from her vehicle. I then proceeded to advise Ms. Kratiuk that I had stopped her due to her speed. When asked to provide her driver’s information, she started fumbling around for it.
Next, I observed a clear tube canister with a green leafy substance inside. I proceeded to ask Ms. Kratiuk if she had a medical marijuana card, and she stated that it was expired. I then asked if she had any alcoholic beverages to drink, in which she stated in the afternoon she had Prosecco.”
According to police, an inventory of her vehicle — following a challenged field sobriety test — revealed “marijuana joints inside the center console, clear tube with marijuana joint in the cup holder, white bottle named TDA 30mg tablets containing 8 U31 unprescribed pills inside her purse on the passenger seat, X1 white bottle named ‘tramadol 200mg’ containing 47 pink/orange unnamed unprescribed pills inside her purse on the passenger seat.”
”I then proceeded to detain Ms. Kratiuk and read her the Miranda Rights. I then asked Ms. Kratiuk if she knew what those pills were and if she had a prescription for them. She originally stated that she had a prescription for them but then changed her story and stated that it was her friend’s. I then used a department issued special opiate reagent drug test kit to test the unnamed pills and it came back as positive for codeine.”
The police report states that Patrycia Kratiuk, originally from Canada, is professionally a “content creator.” Now living in Sunny Isles, she was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail. A court date is pending. Follow her in OnlyFans @patryciakayy.
Police pull somebody over who has clearly been smoking weed while behind the wheel, and the first thing they ask is if they have a “medical” marijuana card? Either way, looks like that’s the least of her worries when considering another “green” card. Time to go back to Canada! There you can smoke all the pot you want while your country collapses.
