TEN VIOLATIONS, TWO INSPECTIONS, TWO DAYS.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Racks Fish House, a popular Delray Beach restaurant at 5 SE 2nd Avenue, logged nine health code violations during a recent inspection. A follow-up inspection yielded another violation — for a total of ten. The restaurant was not ordered closed, but is now subject to another unannounced violation by a health inspector reporting to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
