Way Beyond Bagels was reinspected the following day and no violations were logged. This is not the first time Way Beyond Bagles on Clint Moore Road had health inspection issues. The restaurant was ordered closed in February of 2024 for two days due to several violations.
why do you put these articles out?? who are they helping?! NOBODY! It is hard enough to operate a small business, why do you try to hurt small businesses. This is not journalism, this is BS gossip. They had a health inspection and they had some issues and they fixed the issues. Its normal, its not news.
Wow. Just wow. “It’s tough to run a business so public health and safety be damned.” Wow.
They had same issues at the Jog Road location, so why should it be different at this location?
Everybody should be notified of these health violations. It’s obvious these violations are an everyday thing, it’s just this time they got caught. I always stop frequenting any place that allows health violations to go on. If the owner doesn’t care about the customers why continue to give him money?
I agree with you. I can’t find a reason why the kitchen isn’t kept clean. They have plenty of time to get together and clean. Keep your business clean or get out.
What a dumb reply! If food is not up to health code we should not warn customers! Just let the public get sick? I guess with that thinking or lack of The FDA should Not issue contaminated food recalls!
Complaining??? What if it was you that god forbid got I’ll. You definitely would see the light. It’s for the safety of the public.
Some commentors don’t like you pointing out when restaurants break health code violations but I say Good for You~ So many businesses are ultra lazy or hire inferior workers who don’t seem to use basic common sense and then patrons get ill for no reason.
Worker are hired to follow out the instructions of managers or owners.
It is always the fault of managers if something is wrong!
The inspector should go back and do a surprise inspection ….. I’m sure this operator went back to the old ways of storing their food
Come on, owner of Way Beyond Bagel—you’re still serving customers in an unsanitary place with spoiled food, and somehow the journalist is to blame? Give me a break. Making money at the expense of people’s health? That’s just outrageous.
