Driver Not So Fit To Drive, Apparently…
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The driver of a car in the area of 1309 West Palmetto Park Road slammed into the front of the “YouFit” location in that shopping center. The driver, incredibly, was not injured.
Boca Raton Fire Rescue was already in the area and apparently saw the crash take place. Rescue professionals immediately responded and quickly learned that no one needed rescue help. However, the story isn’t the same for the building. A building inspector was called to the scene. The last report we’ve received is that no one can go in until further notice.
We don’t know anything at this point about the driver or why the car crashed into YouFit. It’s unclear if the person driving the car was trying to get a jump start on a work out, or was possibly frustrated with a lack of results.
The shopping center — which includes a Publix where everyone always drives well — is just east of I-95 on Palmetto Park Road.
