Grillo, a resident of Century Village in Boca Raton, is being held on a battery charge on “specified personnel” which often means law enforcement. He was taken into custody early Saturday morning.

We reported days ago about Grillo’s arrest for aggravated assault and battery. We had not yet reported on his arrest for aggravated assault and extortion — charges that led to his incarceration early on July 4th. He was released around 11 p.m. on July 4th, only to be re-arrested hours later. He is currently being held on $5,000 bond.

Grillo Was arrested back in 2022 for threatening someone with a belt in a store in Boca Raton. He was arrested the same year for allegedly throwing an iPhone at someone in the Boca Raton Apple Store when he was trying to get the phone repaired.
