All restaurants take shortcuts.. In the early 1990s, I worked at Pizza Hut on Glades Rd – this was back when they offered sit-down as well as take out & delivery. One night I was working and there was a rush to get the giant bowl of Caesar salad to the salad bar so the Asst Mgr rolled up her sleeves and shoved both arms into the bowl to mix it then sent it out.. I was shocked.. So don’t assume the restaurant you go to is concerned with food safety and cleanliness no matter the location or price point
I went to a restaurant on federal they suggested a wine. Poured a glass for me I didn’t care for it so they put it back in the bottle. I immediately left.
