BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boynton Beach resident Mikel Mouaddeb of Coastal Bay Boulevard is dead Saturday following a late Friday night incident in the 4000 block of Southern Boulevard in West Palm Beach.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office which provided information to BocaNewsNow.com, Mouaddeb, 23, walked into the path of an oncoming vehicle as he tried to cross Southern Boulevard near Kirk Road. The driver of a Nissan Frontier attempted to swerve but was “unable to avoid the collision,” according to police.

“Mouaddeb was struck by the front passenger-side corner of the Nissan,” said investigators in their initial report. “He was projected on the fender. His head struck the bottom of the A-Pillar/windshield. Mouaddeb came to final rest within the eastbound eft lane.”
