BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Michigan man who was kicked out of his Delray Beach AirBNB allegedly decided to threaten the owner of the property with injury and death. Bryan Krantz, of the 5100 block of Yankee Road in St. Clair, Michigan, is now facing multiple charges.

According to two police reports reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Krentz rented a home in Delray Beach through the AirBNB platform. The owner of the home, who lives in Boca Raton, determined that Krentz violated multiple “house rules” and made the choice to evict Krentz from the property. Following AirBNB’s terms and conditions, the owner kept all payments made. Krentz allegedly didn’t like that and responded with a series of threatening messages over the subsequent days and week. Among them:

“Keep a close eye on your family. It’s a dangerous world you little bitch. I am coming for you and everyone you love. Is your family’s safety really worth stealing my money? I know where you live watch you’re f—ing back. Keep the cops on speed dial you are going to need them.”

“Hey you little bitch. Can’t even respond to my text or call me. You owe me money and I will take it out on you and your family if you don’t give me what is mine. I am going to crack your f—ing skull while your whore wife and kids watch.”

Then several weeks later, Krentz allegedly started threatening the owner again: “Hey you piece of s–t. I have not forgotten about you and I am planning a trip back down to Florida to f–k you up bitch. You are going to feel it. My goal is to f–k your world up bitch and I am going to take something more valuable than a few grand.”

Delray Beach police located Krentz and took him into custody. He is charged with two counts of intimidation — written electronic threat to kill or bodily harm another, and public order crimes — use two way communication device to facilitate a felony. He was released on $105,000 bond. He is not permitted to leave Palm Beach County until a judge decides otherwise.
