Prosecutors Want Ande Anderson’s Bond Revoked…

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Delray Beach man arrested following a Grindr sting conducted by Delray Beach Police should have his bond revoked, according to prosecutors. Ande Anderson of the 2000 block of SW 22nd Avenue in Delray Beach was allegedly found in a hot tub with two teen boys. That, according to prosecutors, is a violation of the terms of his bond.
As BocaNewsNow.com first reported on April 24th, Anderson is accused of attempting to lure what he believed to be a 14-year-old boy into a sexual encounter. The boy, however, was an undercover Delray Beach Police detective. Andersen was arrested in the 2100 block of West Atlantic Avenue when he traveled to the location to meet the boy he allegedly intended to have a physical encounter with.
Andersen, currently free on more than $50,000 bond, is due in court on August 12th to explain his actions. Prosecutors will argue at that time that he should be remanded into custody.
Our original reporting included part of the conversations that police say Anderson had with an undercover detective leading up to his arrest. It is extremely graphic. Read the original report here. Anderson is charged with two counts of “obscene communication — travel to meet after using computer to lure child,” and one count of “public order crimes — use two way communication device to commit felony.”
