BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A registered sexual predator is living in West Boca Raton and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office wants everyone to know who it is and where he is.
Reggie Lee Cruz is 40 years old. He is 6’1″, 270 pounds, described as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He just registered on Thursday with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to report that he is “transient,” but living on the streets near Palmetto Park Road and U.S. 441 in West Boca Raton.
Cruz, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, was convicted of two counts of sexual battery by a juvenile on a victim under the age of 12. The convictions were adjudicated on September 29, 2003. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and ten years of probation. The sexual predator designation lasts for a lifetime.
